Job Summary
Position:
CDL Yard Switcher – Full-Time
Shift:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation:
$24.00 per hour, paid weekly
Responsibilities
Operate CDL yard switchers to safely maneuver trailers between the warehouse yard and offshore yard, back trailers into assigned bay doors, and remove empty trailers after unloading. The role requires physical labor and fast-paced operations within a warehouse environment.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Valid medical card
1+ year of switcher/jockey experience
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; work is fast paced and physical
Able to lift and carry between 25 and 75 lbs
Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; training will be provided to suitable candidates
Must be over 18 and will undergo a pre‑employment drug test, background check, and MVR review
