
Industrial Services Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a customer‑focused Industrial Services Coordinator to support customers with service requests, parts sales, and order coordination. This role works closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues, support manufacturing timelines, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve complex or non‑standard customer requests through research and coordination.
Research, quote, and sell parts and services; identify upsell opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and on‑time delivery.
Maintain accurate records in ERP and internal systems.
Share customer feedback to support service improvements.
Qualifications
Customer service or dispatch experience.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, logistics, and data entry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience (SAP or Syteline 10 preferred).
Customer‑service‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
Industrial, mechanical, electrical, or service environment experience a plus.
Job Type & Location
Contract to Hire position based out of WILSONVILLE, OR.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
