Position Overview
Food Distribution Coordinator – AmeriCorps VISTA
Responsibilities
Work in partnership with the Food Access & Outreach Director and Food Intake Coordinator to maintain, refine and execute a comprehensive plan to expand the program’s farm team food rescue initiative.
Maintain relationships with established partners and establish new partnerships for food distribution.
Develop and utilize tools, trackers, and reports.
Build awareness of the nutritional assistance (and other) resources offered to club members and the community.
Qualifications
College graduate
Minimum age 18
Strong communication, teamwork, community organization, environmental and leadership skills.
