Overview
LHH is partnering with a financial services organization in Baltimore seeking a
Corporate Recruiter
to support full life cycle recruiting on a temporary basis, starting ASAP through December 2026. This role will be fully onsite, five days per week, and will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across a range of corporate and operational roles.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience managing full-cycle recruiting within financial services or similarly regulated industries.
Timeline:
ASAP through Dec 2026, with potential for extension
Pay Rate:
$27–$38 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support recruiting reporting and metrics tracking as needed
Assist with additional HR or recruiting-related projects as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting experience (financial services or corporate recruiting preferred)
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD, five days per week
Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
