Responsibilities
Represent sellers/buyers in residential real estate transactions.
Draft purchase agreements and listing agreements.
Conduct property evaluations to determine value for sellers.
Be readily available for clients when they need you.
Keep all systems and CRM tools updated with information from channel partners.
Serve a consistent stream of leads and efficiently convert them into loyal clients.
Conduct property tours for buyers with professionalism and expertise.
Secure property listings and determine optimal pricing strategies.
Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure advantageous deals for clients.
Dedicate time to continuous skill development and excellence.
Foster a collaborative team environment and play a vital role in a supportive network.
Stay informed about industry trends via meetings, training sessions, and events.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid Real Estate Agent license in the state of Texas.
Effective, prompt communication and high responsiveness to client inquiries.
Prior experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
Persistence in overcoming challenges and handling rejection.
Ability to be coached, willingness to learn, and readiness to evolve.
Adaptability to market changes and trends.
Prepared to dedicate full‑time hours to this role.
Self‑starter mindset and strong self‑accountability.
Compensation
$150,000 per year.
