
Senior Attorney Recruiter

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Senior Legal Recruiter to join our Attorney Recruiting team in Miami, Florida, with flexibility to be based in other offices across the state.
Responsibilities
Must have experience with recruiting attorneys
Ability to source attorneys is a requirement
JD preferred position
Manage full cycle of recruiting including intake, interviews, candidate communication and offer presentations
Partner closely with hiring partners and leadership to clarify needs and growth objectives
Serve as an excellent representative of the firm
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of 2-5 years of Talent management experience preferred.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s ATS (Greenhouse).
Knowledge legal recruiting and terminology is preferred.
Excellent verbal, written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
