Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Administrator, based in Fort Worth, TX. The Payroll Administrator will oversee the accurate preparation and processing of employee payroll, ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements, and handle any garnishment processes. This role involves coordinating employee benefits administration, maintaining payroll records, and collaborating closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
Experience in Payroll Administration, including accurate payroll preparation and processing
Knowledge of Garnishments and Payroll Taxes to ensure legal compliance
Familiarity with Employee Benefits management and administration
Understanding of basic Accounting principles and practices
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in financial institutions or banking is a plus
