Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source, engage, and assess qualified candidates for a variety of corporate roles
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer
Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure a strong, positive candidate experience
Communicate clearly with candidates regarding interview feedback and next steps
Use recruiting data and metrics to track performance and optimize sourcing strategies
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Qualifications
3+ years of experience recruiting for corporate roles
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement experience
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for delivering a high-quality candidate experience
