Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote
ExecuSource is seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager in Atlanta. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of transaction services experience and 6+ years of overall accounting experience.
What You Get To Do
Lead and support buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements, including financial due diligence and accounting advisory services.
Analyze target company financials to assess earnings quality, working capital, risks, and valuation impacts.
Develop tailored analyses (normalized earnings, valuation inputs, budget assessments, debt, carve-outs).
Prepare clear, concise reports and present findings to clients.
Build strong client and target relationships.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree and active CPA required; MBA/MAcc/Finance a plus.
Strong Excel and communication skills.
Client-focused, self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to travel (~15%).
