This role sits within a corporate accounting group and offers high visibility across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial analysis, experience supporting month-end close, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for business partners.

Journal entries/accruals, variance analysis, reconciliations
MBA and/or CPA
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reserves and related analyses
Perform variance analysis (actual vs. forecast) and support month-end close activities
Record accruals and journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting
Partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support decision-making
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and present findings to leadership
Support quarterly and annual external reporting requirements
Assist with internal controls documentation and compliance (SOX)
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or MBA
5+ years of experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar data tools
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
Experience working with large datasets and financial systems (ERP experience preferred)
