Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stafford, TX, for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Additional duties include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, providing excellent customer service by discussing service needs with clients, and ensuring quality workmanship in accordance with Harley-Davidson’s standards.
Qualifications

Experience in Maintenance & Repair with strong technical and mechanical skills
Ability to effectively perform Troubleshooting and diagnose issues with precision
Experience in Field Service operations is desirable
Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills to build rapport and communicate clearly with clients
Demonstrated reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Valid motorcycle endorsement and ability to safely operate motorcycles
Previous experience with Harley-Davidson motorcycles or certifications is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
