Position Summary
AirCo Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. This role focuses on the installation of residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has hands‑on installation experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions
Remove and replace existing HVAC systems as needed
Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes
Test systems after installation to ensure proper operation
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as an HVAC Installer
Valid driver’s license
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices and systems
Ability to use installation tools and equipment safely
Ability to work in various environments and lift heavy equipment
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
