Machine Operator 1 (First Shift) - Glass Facility

What You’ll Get To Do
Use and understand computerized tracking systems and production labels.
Set up a machine to drill holes and cutouts in glass panels according to work orders, fabrication sheets, and schedules.
Read labels, sketches, system programs and perform spatial visualization interpretation.
Complete daily work sheets and forms, calculate and measure for hole size and placement, and inspect work.
Ensure the machine is maintained in good working condition.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks, and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Handle product to avoid damage or injury.
Recognize product defects and notify supervisor immediately.
What We’re Looking For
Basic computer familiarity.
Ability to read and use a tape measure.
Basic proficiency in English.
Ability to perform straightforward mathematical calculations and measurements involving fractions and decimals.
