What We’re Looking For: Conduit Experts
We need electricians who can bend and install conduit
cleanly and accurately —the first time.
You should be able to:
Bend EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit
Work with 1⁄2", 3⁄4", 1", and larger sizes
Use hand benders, Chicago benders, and hydraulic benders
Measure, cut, and install conduit to spec
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
Pull wire through conduit, walls, and ceilings
Install and connect electrical components: panels, switches, transformers, etc.
Troubleshoot and maintain existing systems
Assist in layout, raceway, and box installations
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (if experienced)
Qualifications:
Mechanics:
3+ years of experience in commercial electrical work
Journeyman/Foreman:
6+ years + ability to lead crews
Basic tools and PPE required
Must speak, read, and write English
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and team-player attitude
