Structural BIM Technician

SAI is seeking a skilled Structural BIM Technician to join our dynamic team in Plymouth, Michigan. This is a full time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with a close-knit, experienced team.
Responsibilities
Model and detail buildings and structures using Revit and AutoCAD.
Collaborates with engineers to develop robust 3D models and detail drawings.
Prepares/creates/revises complex, accurate 3D models for permitting, fabrication and erection.
Collaborates with architects and contractors to ensure precise detailing and coordination.
Qualifications
Two-year technical certificate or associate\'s degree in a related field.
Applicants must have 3 years professional experience working with Revit on building projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently, accurately and independently.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
Able to handle multiple projects occurring simultaneously with a sense of urgency for goal achievement.
Own the customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle of the relationship.
