Job Overview
In this role, you will support reliability and manufacturing testing of advanced electrical hardware systems, including ADAS (Level 3+), telematics, infotainment, battery management, and electronic control units (ECUs). The team develops custom automated test solutions incorporating internal software, firmware, data platforms, and electromechanical systems. These solutions are deployed across internal facilities, external labs, and manufacturing environments.
You will work closely with engineering leads to execute testing, analyze data, build prototype units, update schematics, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Operate software interfaces to run test equipment during hardware bring-up
Validate system functionality using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, power supplies, multimeters)
Calibrate and set up thermal and vibration test chambers
Troubleshoot and document failures related to devices under test (DUT), test equipment, and harnesses
Perform circuit board modifications (soldering, de-soldering, component rework)
Support commissioning and deployment of new test systems
Top Skills
Experience operating hardware test systems via software interfaces
Calibration and setup of environmental testing equipment
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Qualifications
Technical degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in electronics testing
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
5+ years of experience with automated test equipment (ATE) or industrial automation systems
Experience with soldering and circuit board rework
Familiarity with lab testing tools and procedures
Comfortable using spreadsheets, documents, and presentation software
Ability to lift and move test equipment
Proactive, hands‑on problem-solving mindset
