Salary: $105,000 – $115,000; actual pay depends on experience and qualifications.
Hybrid schedule: 3 days a week in the office, with travel between Baltimore and Washington, D.C. as needed.
Your Role
As a paralegal on our Litigation team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Case organization and discovery
Research
Court document preparation and filing
Trial/Arbitration/Hearing/Deposition assistance
Qualifications & Experience
Growth Mindset

Communication
– strong verbal and written skills
Detail‑Oriented
– keen attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
Technical Skills
– proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF and other data entry applications; experience with Relativity is a plus
Required Experience
– Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate and 3–5 years of law firm experience preferred; foreclosure or consumer finance cases a plus; knowledge of state and federal court rules, filing requirements, and electronic court submissions; proficiency with document management software, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe is required; knowledge of Relativity and Court Alert highly desirable
