Lead Rebar Fabricator – $28–$30/HR + Overtime | 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday
We are hiring a
Lead Rebar Fabricator
to oversee daily operations in our fabrication shop. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with strong rebar experience who can operate shear line equipment, read bar lists accurately, and lead a team safely and efficiently.

Pay & Schedule
$28–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Overtime paid after 40 hours
Monday–Thursday
3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Consistent, full-time hours
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the rebar fabrication team
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture in the fab shop
Set up, operate, and monitor shear line machinery
Read and interpret bar lists, rebar tag prints, and production orders
Ensure accuracy of cuts, bends, and bundled materials
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of shear line and fabrication equipment
Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency
Coordinate daily production priorities to meet deadlines
What a Lead Rebar Fabricator Does
Ensures production targets are met without sacrificing quality
Verifies material counts and specifications before shipment
Troubleshoots equipment or workflow issues
Trains and mentors newer fabricators
Communicates with supervisors regarding production schedules and material needs
Qualifications
Previous rebar fabrication experience required
Experience operating shear line equipment
Ability to read and interpret bar lists and fabrication drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to safety and production accuracy
Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
