Looking for an Industrial Electrician in Northern, DE
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Pay:
Up to $40/hour with Weekly Pay!

Responsibilities
Install and configure electrical systems and machinery according to technical specifications and blueprints.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in manufacturing equipment using advanced testing tools and techniques.
Ensure all electrical work adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and company safety policies.
Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure electrical systems support manufacturing processes effectively.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on electrical systems.
Provide guidance and support to apprentices and junior electricians, fostering a culture of safety and learning.
Essential Skills
Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
Experience with PLCs, particularly Siemens and Allen-Bradley
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
Strong understanding of electrical systems, machinery, and safety regulations
Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Delaware (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Work Environment
The work environment is a spacious, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility where we produce plastic and pharmaceutical packaging, as well as film. While there is some noise from machinery, it is not excessive. Safety is a priority, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and ear protection is required.
