Position Overview
Kentuckiana Material Handling is seeking an experienced service technician to install and service loading dock equipment and commercial doors in the central Kentucky and southern Indiana area.
Job Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot loading dock equipment and commercial doors.
Provide on‑site service to customers, ensuring proper functioning of equipment.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding service status and recommendations.
Qualifications
Maintenance background with mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with loading dock equipment; welding and/or electrical experience is a plus.
Good communication skills; customers interact directly with technician.
Current driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
Location & Work Area
Central Kentucky and southern Indiana area.
Compensation
Weekly pay; pay scale based on experience and leadership abilities.
Employment Type
Full‑time or part‑time – not entry‑level techs or forklift drivers.
