A busy Youngstown law firm is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent written communication abilities, and proficiency in legal document preparation and case management.
Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents
Organize, track, and maintain case files (both electronic and physical)
Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court schedules
Perform electronic filing with courts (e-filing)
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
Assist attorneys with case preparation and administrative tasks
Qualifications
Prior
paralegal experience required
Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
