About the Role

Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.
Administer medications and monitor client health as directed by healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.
Uphold client confidentiality and respect their dignity at all times.
Requirements
Valid STNA, CNA, or HHA certification in the state of Ohio.
Prior experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Background check clearance required.
