Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to real estate and construction projects.
Requirements
Healthcare or Higher Education construction experience.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in real estate development, project management, and construction management.
Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, including zoning regulations, permitting, and land use planning.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and development of real estate projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Build and lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Implement quality control measures to ensure that projects meet quality standards.
