Pearce is seeking
experienced HVAC technicians
to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on cell‑tower sites. This fast‑paced, rewarding job is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self‑directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and eager to learn and grow in the telecom industry.
This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Peekskill, New York area.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain cooling systems – diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or install and replace components of entire systems.
Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out‑of‑season HVAC equipment.
Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call‑out services.
Complete daily work reports accurately and promptly.
Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
Core Experience
Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Candidates should reside in the Peekskill, New York area.
Must be available for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs on occasion.
Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.
Occasional overnights required – the company pays all travel costs and provides per diem.
Travel to remote work sites as needed.
Work outdoors in ambient temperatures.
Lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
Required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
Compensation: $27.00‑$38.00 hourly/DOE
