Plating Line Operator

Overview
Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements.
Responsibilities
Calculate the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts.
Remove parts from tank after the specified time, rinse parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing.
Complete paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.
Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput.
Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on the processing line.
Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly.
Other duties as assigned.
Capabilities & Requirements
Vision (near, distance).
Sense of hearing.
Sense of touch.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) – safety glasses.
Work Environment
Work is performed in shop conditions and can be in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $17.00–$20.00 per hour
