Key Responsibilities
Provide speech‑language services to outpatient patients diagnosed with CVA, deconditioning, esophageal dysphagia, and head and neck cancer.
Perform and interpret modified barium swallow studies and develop related treatment plans.
Document care using EPIC EMR (preferred). First‑time travelers welcome.
Required Qualifications
Speech‑Language Pathologist with at least 3 years of experience.
Licensed in Washington state (SLP‑WA).
ASHA certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Provide copies of BLS‑AHA and ASHA certificates.
Valid SSN, DOB, and one reference from work history.
