House Supervisor (RN) Per Diem Days

Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination of services and resources during the evening, night, and weekend shifts to include staffing, disaster scenarios, and supervision and directions on all clinical and administrative issues that must be resolved or initiated during the shift. Maintains structures and processes that ensure patient centered care and supports the development of staff through mentoring and stewardship. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing

Current RN licensure in Florida

Minimum of five (5) years of acute care experience required

Minimum of two (2) years progressive nurse leadership experience

BSN preferred

Current BLS through American Heart Association

Current ACLS through American Heart Association

Knowledge of human resource management, program development, and familiarity with regulatory and accrediting agency standards preferred
