Our expert culinary team is looking for energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a desire to serve others. If you are detail oriented and customer service focused, we would love to hear from you! As a Bistro Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience by preparing food, operating point‑of‑sale (POS) system and providing friendly, efficient customer service. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality, cleanliness and professionalism.
This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
DUTIES:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
Operate the POS system to take orders, process payments and manage transactions accurately.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering questions and resolving concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary work environment.
Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Reliable, punctual and team oriented
