Overview
We are seeking a highly technical Microsoft Dynamics professional with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with a strong focus on marketing technology. This individual will serve as the technical owner of the CRM platform, responsible for designing, configuring, integrating, and optimizing marketing capabilities to support scalable customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Design, configure, and customize marketing components including customer journeys, segmentation, lead lifecycle automation, and campaign workflows
Develop and maintain custom entities, plugins, workflows, and system enhancements
Leverage Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) to build and optimize automation
Design and implement integrations between Dynamics CRM and enterprise systems (ERP, marketing platforms, data warehouses, APIs)
Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, and data synchronization processes
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of CRM solutions
Partner with cross‑functional teams to align CRM architecture with enterprise systems
Optimize CRM data models, schema, and workflows to support marketing automation
Implement segmentation logic, triggers, and campaign execution workflows
Maintain data integrity, governance, and system performance
Build dashboards and reporting to provide insights into marketing performance
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Provide guidance on best practices for CRM customization and marketing automation
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, automation, and maintainability
Contribute to the technical roadmap as platform needs evolve
Qualifications
Required
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Proven experience developing and configuring Dynamics CRM solutions
Experience building marketing automation workflows within CRM environments
Proficiency with Power Platform tools:
Power Automate
Power Apps
Power BI (preferred)
Experience with CRM data models, entities, workflows, and automation logic
Experience with integrations using APIs, web services, or middleware tools
Strong understanding of CRM architecture and customization best practices
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred
Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with ERP or marketing platforms
Familiarity with Azure services supporting CRM integrations
Experience developing plugins using C#, .NET, or JavaScript
Exposure to DevOps practices supporting CRM deployments
Experience in enterprise or project‑based environments
Familiarity with customer journey orchestration and campaign analytics tools
