Overview
IDR
is seeking an HR Advisor to join one of our top clients in the Boston area. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a service-oriented environment and enjoys supporting employees, managers, and internal partners across a range of HR processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong systems experience, excellent communication skills, and a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager HR-related questions, providing timely and accurate support
Respond to inquiries related to benefits, policies, HR programs, and employee records primarily through phone and email
Support employee lifecycle transactions, data updates, and policy-related administrative processes
Guide users on HR self-service tools and help improve the overall employee experience
Participate in process improvement efforts by analyzing feedback, identifying opportunities, and collaborating across teams
Qualifications
Experience using
PeopleSoft
and
Workday
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle sensitive or difficult interactions with empathy and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve routine to moderately complex issues
Healthcare industry experience is preferred
Bilingual communication skills are a plus
