Location: Onsite – Casa Grande, AZ

Competitive Compensation: $38.75 per hour, plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential.

Shift: Night Shift, 3-1-3 Rotating Schedule (on Fri, Sat & Sun. Off Mon. On Tues, Wed & Thurs-then reverse), 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM.

Mechanical Maintenance Technician III
We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician III to join our Casa Grande team, supporting the production of high-quality plumbing products and fixtures. In this role, you will work on a team of associates, headed by a Maintenance Supervisor, to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and recondition machinery, mechanical, and/or electrical equipment. The Maintenance team also conducts maintenance and repair activities for the facility, including building, grounds, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, etc. You are ideal if you are an experienced maintenance professional willing to learn and adapt to new processes and environments.

Your Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and work on all machines and equipment.

Perform mechanical repairs to all machines and equipment, e.g., alignment of machine spindles, slides, and ways.

Replace bearings, shafts, gears, etc.

Conduct repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic valves and controls, pressure regulators, pumps, tools, etc.

Assist in solving machine problems in production equipment, including operation of machines incidental to troubleshooting.

Adjust, align, patch, or replace drives, conveyors, etc.

Inspect and repair all hoists, cables, hooks, shafts, packing and valves on air hoist, and sheaves on electric hoist.

Perform all required preventative and predictive maintenance procedures on process machinery and equipment within assigned work areas.

Proficiently utilize tools and instrumentation such as voltage tester, ammeter, megger, oscilloscope, hand tools, power tools, personal computers, vibration analyzers, and laser measurement equipment.

Maintain technical competence via frequent training courses, on-the-job training, and vendor programs.

Operate power industrial equipment as needed.

Working Conditions: Heavy industrial environment, exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights, and confined spaces.

Key Qualifications

Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.

Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Automated Manufacturing Systems, or similar field.

Seven or more years’ experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician III.

Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Problem-solving and continuous improvement ability in safety, quality, and productivity.

Experience with installation, frequency, drive, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

Strong work ethic and ability to work 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts while sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting.

Physical ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Willingness to help with activities outside job scope.

Ability to change shifts as the plant moves into future production phases.

Maintenance competency demonstrated via standardized knowledge check.

Additional Requirements

Physical capability to bend, lift, and move weights up to 20‑30 pounds occasionally.

Successful drug screen and background check required.

Consistent attendance and reliability.

Compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
