Cash Program Manager, Amazon One Medical Revenue Cycle Management

We own Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within AOM, which represents the comprehensive financial lifecycle that manages patient accounts from their initial healthcare service request/appointment booking through to the final payment settlement. This process is fundamental to AOM's financial stability and operational efficiency, allowing us to focus primarily on delivering quality patient care.

Key Job Responsibilities

Monitor and reconcile cash payments across all payment channels (insurance, patient, HSP) to ensure accurate recording in the billing system.

Develop and maintain cash posting controllership and workflows to minimize posting errors and improve automation opportunities.

Track key metrics including cash posting accuracy, posting lag time, and reconciliation variances while creating dashboards for performance visibility.

Partner with RCM Operations, Healthcare Finance Operations, Accounting, Finance, and Health System Partners to resolve payment discrepancies and streamline cash workflows.

Lead cash reconciliation processes and communicate findings to external stakeholders including health system partners and payers.

Conduct root cause analysis on payment posting errors and identify solutions to automate cash recording processes.

Ensure cash posting processes comply with healthcare regulations, accounting standards, and support month‑end close and audit requirements.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL.

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.

Experience working in a healthcare environment.

Experience in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or an equivalent quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.

3+ years of driving process improvements.

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Salary range and benefits:

USA, CA, San Francisco – $81,600.00 – $142,800.00 USD annually

USA, CA, Virtual Location – California – $74,200.00 – $129,800.00 USD annually

USA, WA, Seattle – $82,700.00 – $129,800.00 USD annually

USA, WA, Virtual Location – Washington – $82,700.00 – $129,800.00 USD annually
