What You’ll Do
Managing accounts payable and supporting accounts receivable
Creating and sending customer invoices
Following up on past‑due accounts
Entering and applying customer cash receipts
Processing inventory receiving within the accounting system
Supporting month‑end close activities
Assisting with annual financial audit documentation
Reconciling balance sheet accounts
Participating in special projects and process enhancements
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of accounting experience
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Detail‑oriented, dependable, and proactive
Comfortable working onsite in a team‑oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000-$80,000 base salary
Up to 5% performance‑based bonus
401(k) with company match
