Attorney – Family Law
Family Law firm led by Super Lawyer seeks an Attorney to join our office in Southern Denver.
Salary: $120,000 – $200,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in divorce and legal separation matters.
Handle child custody and child support cases.
Address and litigate contempt of court cases.
Manage limited representation/unbundled services.
Handle property division issues.
Adjustments and modifications of divorce decrees and existing orders.
Representation in common law marriage cases.
Advocate for men’s and father’s rights.
Handle spousal maintenance (alimony) matters.
Assist with adoption cases.
Enforce orders.
Appeals.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
Good standing with the CO Bar.
Minimum 3 years of experience in family law.
