Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active California Bar license (required)

2–10+ years of experience in trusts & estates, estate planning, or probate

Strong knowledge of California Probate Code and estate planning principles

Experience drafting comprehensive estate plans

Familiarity with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes (preferred)

Experience working with high-net-worth clients (preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent legal drafting and attention to detail

Strong client relationship and communication skills

Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear, practical manner

Highly organized with strong time management abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
