This Senior DRAM Module Yield Champion role is central to delivering stable, high‑quality server and client DRAM modules. You will lead yield and quality improvements end to end, influence cross‑functional decisions, and represent product health to both internal leaders and customers. This role blends deep technical problem solving with global leadership and offers broad exposure across the full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end yield and quality performance for DRAM module products across NPI, qualification, ramp, and high‑volume manufacturing
Analyze silicon, test, and manufacturing data to identify failure modes, lead experiments, and drive corrective actions
Align global engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to resolve yield events and customer concerns
Establish clear product health visibility, risks, and priorities for leadership and customer‑facing forums
Mentor engineers and promote standardized, data‑driven yield and quality improvement methods across sites
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in DRAM, memory products, or semiconductor manufacturing
Experience analyzing yield, parametric, and test data to identify root cause
Ability to work across multiple functions and global teams with clear technical judgment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DRAM failure analysis across process, design, and test flows
Hands‑on experience leading yield improvement or quality recovery initiatives
Experience supporting server or client DIMM products
Demonstrated technical leadership or mentoring experience across teams
