Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider – Motility and Esophageal Disorders Program
Dartmouth Health's Section of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in Lebanon, NH is searching for an APP to join our growing and dynamic group. The qualified individual will focus their clinical efforts on patients with motility and esophageal disorders.
The program evaluates and manages complex patients with esophageal and GI tract motility disorders, including achalasia, eosinophilic esophagitis, refractory GERD, gastroparesis, irritable bowel syndrome, and constipation. Our collaborative care model focuses on patient education and coordination with primary care, local GI teams, behavioral health providers, dietitians, motility nursing staff, patient navigators, pelvic floor experts and other specialists.
Responsibilities
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to a broad range of patients with motility and esophageal disorders, practice independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications
National Certification from an approved certifying body
Required Licensure & Certifications
Eligible for APRN or PA-C licensure in the State of New Hampshire
Eligible for Federal DEA registration
Maintain additional certifications in accordance with departmental requirements
