Position Overview
We are searching for an Entry Level Communications Coordinator to assist with internal communication processes, coordination efforts, and team support. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in communications and operations.
Job: Full time
Salary Range: $18.50–$27.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating communication between departments and team members.
Support preparation and organization of internal documents and reports.
Help maintain accurate records, schedules, and communication logs.
Ensure clear and consistent information flow across teams.
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating follow-ups.
Provide administrative and coordination support to supervisors.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
