We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented
Sales Enablement Content Specialist
with experience in the Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), wealth management, or investment advisory industry. This mid‑level role is ideal for a content professional who enjoys partnering with internal stakeholders, structuring and refining content, and supporting a fast‑moving sales enablement and marketing organization.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and organize content across sales materials, presentations, internal guides, and client‑facing documents using existing firm‑approved messaging and templates.
Support senior content strategists with overflow content development, revisions, and updates.
Ensure all content reflects brand voice, complies with regulatory standards, and aligns with internal messaging frameworks.
Transform complex investment or planning concepts into clear, concise, user‑friendly content.
Maintain an up‑to‑date content library, ensuring accuracy, version control, metadata tagging, and ease of use for internal teams.
Build and enhance content inventories, mapping materials to personas, stages of the client journey, and sales processes.
Track content usage, identify gaps, and assist in prioritizing updates or new content needs.
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, understand content needs, and fulfill requests efficiently.
Provide high‑quality, timely content support to ensure sales teams have the right materials at the right time.
Participate in internal review cycles, incorporating compliance and stakeholder feedback with accuracy and professionalism.
Update and refresh pitch decks, one‑pagers, fact sheets and other advisor resources based on existing content.
Repackage approved content into new formats (slides, scripts, collateral) designed for sales readiness and field enablement.
Ensure consistency across all materials, including style, voice, disclosures, and positioning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in content development within the RIA, wealth management, financial services, or investment advisory industry.
Demonstrated understanding of key concepts in wealth management, investment advisory services, financial planning, and compliance considerations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word); experience with Seismic is a plus.
Desired Qualifications / Skills
Exceptional writing, editing, and organization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines.
Experience collaborating with compliance teams and navigating regulated content environments.
Prior experience supporting a Sales Enablement or Advisor Support function.
Familiarity with pitch decks, advisor collateral, RFP content, and thought leadership adaptation.
Knowledge of regulated RIA terminology and compliance constraints.
Comfort synthesizing complex internal information into clear, audience‑ready content.
