The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Product Marketing Lead to define and drive our product marketing strategy as we expand within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy
Define and execute go-to-market strategies to increase awareness, generate demand, and accelerate adoption.
Develop clear positioning and messaging tailored to Business Development (BD), Licensing, and Scientific & Engineering (S&E) audiences.
Lead product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to align on personas, buyer journeys, and value propositions.
Leverage market research and customer insights to inform and refine strategy.
Conferences & Events
Own strategy and execution for major industry conferences and partnering events.
Manage booth presence, speaking opportunities, and strategic networking initiatives.
Develop high-impact collateral and product demonstrations; drive post-event pipeline conversion.
Campaigns & Content
Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, account-based marketing) to generate qualified leads.
Develop case studies, ROI narratives, and sales enablement materials.
Collaborate with design partners to produce clear, compelling marketing assets.
Ensure brand consistency and thought leadership across all customer touchpoints.
Sales Enablement & Success
Enable Sales teams to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.
Maintain competitive intelligence and synthesize ongoing customer insights.
Train cross-functional teams on messaging, positioning, and new product releases.
Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize go-to-market effectiveness.
Qualifications
8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology
Experience marketing to pharmaceutical, biopharma, or life sciences audiences (BD, R&D, or commercial functions)
Demonstrated success developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies and product launches
Strong understanding of complex, technical products and ability to translate features into clear business value
Proven ability to build marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact
Experience in conference planning, event marketing, and field marketing strategies
