Vehicle Inventory Porter & Dealership Photographer
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until work is completed)
Route: Vacaville, Fairfield & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $24.00+/hour (Combination of base pay + per-vehicle photo payout)
About The Role
Pro-MotionPix is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Porter & Dealership Photographer to support local automotive dealerships. In this full-time role, you’ll travel between dealership locations to photograph, video, and manage vehicle inventory using a company‑issued iPhone and our proprietary app. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in producing consistent, high-quality work that helps dealerships sell vehicles faster.
What You’ll Do
Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
Locate, move, and stage vehicles for photography and video
Capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company‑provided iPhone
Confirm VINs and verify inventory details before uploading
Communicate with dealership staff about vehicle readiness and availability
Maintain an efficient workflow to ensure inventory is updated and live online promptly
What We’re Looking For
No experience required — paid training provided! You’ll be a great fit if you:
Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Are comfortable driving automatic vehicles (manual transmission a plus)
Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Are dependable, organized, and self‑motivated
Communicate clearly and solve problems independently
Take pride in accuracy, quality, and consistency
Are comfortable using smartphones and learning new technology
Bring a professional, customer‑service–focused attitude
Requirements
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
Comfortable with physical tasks such as moving and staging vehicles
Pre‑employment drug screen and background check
