Entry-Level Contract Closeout/De-Obligation Administrator

Work on contract closeouts and de-obligations to ensure all FAR requirements are met.

Prepare and maintain paperwork for all contract closeouts and de-obligations.

Prepare and disseminate information throughout the company regarding contract closeout and de-obligation status.

Coordinate de-obligations of funding.

Job Requirements

US Citizenship.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.

1 year of contracting experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience in contract administration and knowledge of processing contract closeouts for a variety of contract types and customers.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to coordinate easily with other back‑office departments including Program Control, Accounting and Subcontracts.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
