Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Home Sales & Marketing Manager, located in Greenville, SC. The role involves leading sales and marketing strategies, driving growth for Cothran Homes’ communities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing and training sales teams, promoting new home communities, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams. The manager will also play a pivotal role in creating marketing plans and analyzing sales performance.
Qualifications

Proven experience in New Home Sales and Marketing strategies
Experience in Customer Service and a customer-focused mindset
Knowledge and experience in the Homebuilding industry
Proven leadership capabilities and sales team management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations
Effective Team Management capabilities
Experience in New Home Marketing
Proficiency in CRM, sales tracking and reporting
Must have current South Carolina Real Estate license to be considered
