What can you expect in your role?
Manage funeral arrangements, services, embalmings, casketing/cosmetizing, and removals as needed
Meet with families to coordinate funeral, cremation, and cemetery services with professionalism and care
Assist families with product and service selections and finalize arrangements
Prepare and oversee visitations, funerals, and memorial services
Complete all administrative and regulatory documentation accurately and on time
Maintain licensure and certifications in compliance with state and industry requirements
Assist with crematory operations, including preparation and transfer of cremated remains
Support day-to-day operations as needed
