Job Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to play a critical role in monitoring and optimizing the digital consumer experience across multiple retail platforms. This position focuses on managing ratings and reviews programs for digital appliance categories, ensuring content accuracy, and identifying trends that impact product performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between customer feedback and internal stakeholders, translating consumer insights into actionable recommendations. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and possesses a keen eye for identifying patterns and issues that require immediate attention or strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze client product reviews and Q&A content on client websites and major retailer platforms

Manage all aspects of Ratings & Reviews programs for Digital Appliance categories, including review validity, syndication gaps, badging issues, at‑risk SKUs, and optimal SKU groupings

Compile and distribute comprehensive reporting on review volume, rating trends, product insights, competitor analyses, and incentive program results

Identify, document, and elevate notable issues while compiling regular reports on significant product, channel, and service issue trends

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to facilitate solutions and elevate consumer review and Q&A issues

Report on product detail page content health and consumer experience journey issues found on retail websites

Forecast and track marketing and sales trends through systematic data analysis

Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing professionals and other specialists

Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies

Gather and analyze competitive intelligence including pricing, sales methods, and distribution strategies

Skills

Advanced analytics and data interpretation capabilities

Project management expertise with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously

Excellent written communication and strong presentation abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Extensive experience with web browsing tools including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome

Strong negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

In‑depth knowledge of consumer electronics products and technologies

Understanding of remote business tools including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, with troubleshooting capabilities

Experience

Minimum two years of experience in online retail, retail operations, sales, merchandising, marketing, or service organizations

Minimum two years of experience in analytical, internet‑based reporting

Minimum two years of project management experience

Experience with Sprinklr preferred

Previous account management experience desirable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
