Property Preservation Coordinator
Location: Brandon,33511 - Fully remote
Training onsite is required then fully remote
Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Description
Negotiating with vendors when a REO property needs a contractor to provide work
Calendaring project times for vendors to work on properties
Communicating with banks and vendors regularly to provide status updates
Create and manage reports with file activity
Photo review for in status and completed jobs
Other duties as assigned
Nice to have:
Negotiating experience a plus
Construction experience in any capacity a plus
Call Center experience a plus
Requirements:
(1) year of office experience required
Employer will perform computer proficiency testing
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Background check required
Drug screening required
