Physical Therapist - Weekends Outpatient at Home- Louisville, KY
Location:
Covering Jefferson, Bullitt, Spencer, Shelby and Oldham
Schedule:
PRN, weekends 2 weekends/month
Compensation:
$65.00/visit weekends; with mileage reimbursement.
We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to help on an as‑needed basis to cover 2 weekends a month working with our outpatient in home teams. We pair our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that is suited for you! Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics is ideal.

Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
Outpatient experience in the last 5 years
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
CPR certification
