Job Overview
The Physical Therapist assumes primary responsibility for evaluation of the patient, planning, implementing, supervising, reevaluating and changing the treatment program. The therapist maintains adequate records and documents the appropriate progress reports and patient education. The therapist supervises support staff and students as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate of an APTA accredited educational program for Physical Therapists required. Must have a current Alabama license. Must receive BCLS certification within the orientation period. Prefer member of the APTA.
