Schedule
Full-time (4 days per week)
No evenings or weekends required (flexibility may be available)
Key Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including charting and radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Collaborate with the dentist on treatment planning
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
Active Maine Dental Hygiene license (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Experience with digital charting systems preferred
