You will assess patient needs, develop therapy goals, and deliver evidence‑based interventions.
Required qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam, active Indiana PT license, at least one reference in entire work history. License and OP experience are required.
Preferred qualifications: Travel experience.
